Κάθομαι στο γραφείο μου. Ο καφές δίπλα μου αναδύει τα αρώματα του. Έχω ήδη φάει το πρωινό μου – τα καλά του home office. Ξεκινάω με το πρώτο μου mail. Λαμβάνω σαφώς πιο πολλά αυτές τις μέρες. Αφού δε βρισκόμαστε, γράφουμε κείμενα ο ένας στον άλλο. Ίσα που έχω προλάβει να διαβάσω την πρώτη πρόταση και ακούω μια φωνούλα δίπλα μου:
Μαμά, τι λέει αυτή η άσκηση;
Γιατί δε διαβάζεις να δεις τι λέει;
Ουφ, καλά.
Που είχα μείνει; Α ναι, στην πρώτη πρόταση. Και τι έλεγε; Ας την ξαναδιαβάσω να θυμηθώ. Α ναι, σωστά. Πώς το ξέχασα; Είμαι μόλις στην αρχή της δεύτερης όταν ακούω την ίδια φωνούλα δίπλα μου:
Μαμά, τη διάβασα. Σε ποιο τετράδιο πρέπει να τη γράψω;
Σωστά, δεν του το είπα. Ας κοιτάξω στο πρόγραμμα.
Στο τετράδιο των μαθηματικών.
Mμμμ, ακούγεται η φωνούλα δίπλα μου.
Πού είχα μείνει; Τι έκανα; Α, ναι, το mail. Ξεκινάω από την αρχή. Η φωνούλα δίπλα μου έχει σωπάσει και έχει πιάσει το μολύβι, καλά πάμε. Έχω μπει πια στο κύριο μέρος του κειμένου όταν ανοίγει ξάφνου η πόρτα. Μια άλλη φωνούλα φωνάζει:
Tελείωσες; Πότε θα παίξουμε;
Μα είμαστε εδώ μόλις 10 λεπτά, θα πάρει λίγη ώρα ακόμα. Σε παρακαλώ πήγαινε στο σαλόνι να φτιάξεις το παζλ που είπαμε.
Το έφτιαξα.
Τότε ζωγράφισε.
Δε θέλω πάλι να ζωγραφίσω.
Τότε φτιάξε έναν πύργο.
Καλή ιδέα, λέει η φωνούλα και εξαφανίζεται.
Πού είχα μείνει; Α ναι, στο πρώτο mail. Κοιτάζω το inbox μου. Στο μεταξύ έχουν έρθει άλλα 5. Δεν απελπίζομαι. Μήπως δεν έχω όλη τη μέρα μπροστά μου, μήπως έχου κάπου να πάω; Όλα θα γίνουν, λίγο πιο αργά, λίγο πιο δύσκολα. Αλλά θα γίνουν.
